Coming from a naturopathic medical background for over 10 years, I already knew the power of natural approaches and simple lifestyle changes could make.

I took my deep experience in naturopathic medicine as a foundation for the LiveWHOLE approach.

And then I combined it with all the advanced technology and research we now have access to, from epigenetics to cellular detoxification to simple bio hacks.

As a result, I saw it accelerate and amplify the results I was getting for my clients multiple times over.
